Dollys visit

Had a friend Dolly over yesterday and we just played around all day and she had a snooze on my rug then we went for a walk in the evening, we did a bit of dummy training and she was not too bad for a trainee gundog.

1st Day Beating at Gorhambury 2010

Well first day of the Partridge season at Gorhambury, unfortunately my mum is in season so I had to go on my own, I have to say it was a bit scary cause I have never been out without her.

Once I got there I was fine and my dad let me pick up lots of birds, I think I found about 16 that the guns dogs had missed, but to be fair to them they are not professionals like me.

My day on the beating line

Well now I have my own blog I can let you know how things are going, I was out last weekend and I have to say this is the life, I get to run through the woods and the fields chasing, oops I mean flushing the birds for the game keeper, I think its because the humans are too lazy to run after the birds, they also shoot them and I have to keep picking them up and taking them to them as they can never find them. Just as well I have a good nose :)

I off beating this weekend too so will let you know what happens and if its still snowing

This was my Mum's chair

Well just to keep you updated, I have been out today doing a bit of training, it very good fun and I get to go for long walks.

I have attached a photo of my Mum's chair that I chewed up, I didnt realise I wasn't supposed to do it and had to sit on the naughty mat for 10 minutes.

I will try to be a good girl.

New kid on the block

Well its 2009 now and it looks as if I will have to start my training to try and get as good as my mum.
